This Privacy Policy explains how off-plan-ulo.online (“the Site”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

What we collect

When you use our quiz to request a property shortlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your preferred contact channel (WhatsApp or Telegram)
• Your quiz answers: purchase goal, property type, number of bedrooms, budget range, expected handover timeframe, and area or developer you’re interested in

When you submit the form we also record technical data about the submission, such as your browser’s user-agent string. Some technical data is collected while you browse the Site — see “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit to:

• Prepare a personalised shortlist of off-plan properties matching your quiz answers
• Contact you through your chosen channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone) to discuss that shortlist
• Store your enquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up with you

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond these without asking you first.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We share data only with the service providers who help us run the Site and respond to your enquiry:

• Our CRM provider, to store and manage your enquiry
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), for analytics and advertising measurement, and Google BigQuery, where a backup copy of your enquiry is stored
• Vercel, our website hosting provider
• Telegram, which carries the internal notification we send to our sales team when a new enquiry arrives
• Cloudflare (Turnstile), to protect our enquiry form from automated abuse
• ipapi.co, to detect your country for phone-number formatting (see below)

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

To pre-fill the correct country code on our phone field, your browser sends your IP address to ipapi.co at the moment you load the form. This IP lookup is used only to detect your country — we do not store your IP address in our CRM.

To protect our form from automated abuse, we may check submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile; your IP address may be shared with Cloudflare for this check and recorded in our server logs when a submission is blocked. When you submit the form, we also record technical details such as your browser’s user-agent string in our internal lead records.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking them may affect how the Site works.

Data retention

We keep the data you submit through the quiz for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above — preparing your shortlist, contacting you, and managing our relationship with you — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw any consent you’ve given us

International users

The Site is aimed at an international audience interested in Dubai off-plan property. Your data is processed by ULO Real Estate L.L.C. in the United Arab Emirates, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in the UAE.
